Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, CCTV surveillance systems, printers, and other office IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and operating systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance monitoring.
- Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and IT-related issues.
- Manage IT equipment inventory, system updates, antivirus, and data backups.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning, security, and maintenance of all IT systems.




- Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, and technical issues.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently handle day-to-day IT support, CCTV systems, printers, and general IT infrastructure maintenance.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
