About the Role

Finsquare IMF Private Limited is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and result-driven Relationship Manager to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable financial solutions while ensuring a seamless and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Understand client financial goals and recommend appropriate financial products

Conduct client meetings and provide professional financial guidance

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market activities

Achieve assigned sales and business targets

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

Maintain accurate client records and follow company processes

Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service

Stay updated with financial products, market trends, and offerings

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented approach





Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of financial products (added advantage)

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Experience in Sales / Banking / Finance / Insurance / RM role is an advantage

Comfortable with field sales and client meetings

Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English preferred

Salary: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.50 LPA (Based on interview & experience)
