Position Overview:-
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2-3 years of qualified experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media, along with a good understanding of branding, layout,



and visual storytelling.Location:-

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create visually engaging graphics, creatives, banners, social media posts, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, advertisements, corporate communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Sales, and Business Development teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Edit raw video footage, including cutting, transitions, color correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, animations, and visual effects.
- Develop short-form video content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and motion graphics.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, colors, typography, imagery, and overall visual identity across all creatives.
- Design graphics for events, recruitment campaigns, employer branding, internal communications, presentations, and corporate initiatives.




- Work on multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand feedback and incorporate revisions effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, social media formats, and creative tools.
- Organize and maintain design assets, source files, templates, images, videos, and other creative resources.
- Ensure all final designs and videos are optimized for their respective platforms and required formats.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, employer branding, social media, and corporate communication initiatives.

Preferred Tools/Skills

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
- Video editing and motion graphics
- Social media creative design
- Typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
- Strong attention to detail and creativity

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
