Job Purpose:

To develop 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, tooling designs using CAD software SolidWorks independently. To make CNC/VMC machining programs using CAM software SolidCAM independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.

Develop CNC/VMC programs using SolidCAM.

Generate, simulate and optimize CAM toolpaths.

Select cutting tools, feeds, speeds and machining parameters.

Support CNC/VMC program prove-out and resolve machining issues.

Design/modify dies, fixtures, tools and machine components.

Coordinate with Tool Room, Production, Quality and CNC operators.

Optimize machining cycle time, tool consumption and cost.

Maintain CAD drawings, CAM files and CNC program documentation.

Required Skills:

2–3 years hands-on experience in SolidWorks & SolidCAM.

Good knowledge of VMC/CNC machining.

Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances/GD&T.;

Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.

Practical shop-floor problem-solving ability.

Experience in forging/tool room/die manufacturing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
