Position: Business Development Manager
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentives: Performance & Target-Based Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (In Office Work)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Lifejoy Logistic is looking for an experienced, confident and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business development activities and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build, manage and maintain a strong client pipeline
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations and regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
- Identify market trends, customer requirements and new business opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular business updates




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and excellent client service
- Guide and support the Business Development Team in achieving targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, follow-ups and business opportunities

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities
- Good sales and business development skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai market will be an advantage
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales or Logistics will be preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Candidates proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, Kanada, Malayalm, Telugu, Tamil, Odia, Punjabi any india languages are welcome to apply.
