Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve customer queries.
- Troubleshoot software and technical issues.
- Assist customers over phone, email, and remote support.
- Guide clients on software usage and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is essential.
