Job Requirements

- 10–15 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing unit.
- Candidates with an Army background will be given preference.
- Should be capable of independently handling General Administration and Security functions.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage security operations, personnel, and administrative activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities – Security

- Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of employees, visitors, and company premises.
- Protect company assets against theft, assault, fire, and other safety risks.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary assistance.




- Conduct regular property patrols and monitor access and traffic control.
- Implement and monitor fire prevention and safety procedures.
- Investigate accidents and security incidents as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and central regulations.
- Maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Coordinate effectively with employees, visitors, security personnel, and external agencies.
- Handle security and administration responsibilities independently.

Preferred Candidate: Ex-Army personnel with relevant experience in administration and security management.
