DEVI Sansthan is hiring District Resource Persons (DRPs) for its Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) Project in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance
Experience: 0–1 year | Experience in Education/FLN projects preferred
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to schools.
- Support teachers in implementing FLN activities.
- Coordinate with government officials and education stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and review sessions.
- Collect and maintain project-related data.
- Support effective implementation of FLN activities at the field level.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively for field visits.
- Candidates interested in education, community outreach, and field-based work are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable Communication Skils.
