Khushbu Auto Finance Limited (KAFL) is a Reserve Bank of India (RBI)-registered NBFC and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atul Auto Limited. Established in 1994, KAFL specializes in financing three-wheelers and operates across multiple states in India.

Job Purpose

To ensure timely recovery of overdue payments and NPA (Non-Performing Asset) accounts, maintain healthy collection efficiency, and minimize portfolio delinquency.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to customers with overdue loan accounts and NPA cases.
- Follow up with customers for timely repayment of outstanding EMIs.
- Handle delinquent accounts and achieve assigned collection targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding pending dues and repayment commitments.
- Locate customers who are unavailable or difficult to contact and ensure effective follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer visits, and payment commitments.




- Coordinate with the branch team and reporting manager to improve collection efficiency.
- Submit daily collection reports and provide updates on recovery status.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in collections or recovery.
- Experience in vehicle finance or three-wheeler finance will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field collection activities.
- Knowledge of the local market and language will be an added advantage.
