We are looking for an experienced *Marketplace Manager* to manage and grow our online marketplace business across major e-commerce and jewellery platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for *marketplace operations, product listings, catalogue management, pricing, inventory, promotions, order management, marketplace performance and revenue growth*.

Key Responsibilities

*Marketplace Management*

* Manage day-to-day operations across major marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

* Manage product listings, catalogue, product descriptions, images, pricing and specifications.

* Ensure accurate and updated product information across all platforms.

* Manage SKU creation, mapping and catalogue hygiene.

* Monitor product visibility, ranking and search performance.

*Sales & Revenue Growth*

* Develop strategies to increase marketplace sales and revenue.

* Plan marketplace promotions, offers and seasonal campaigns.

* Monitor sales performance by SKU, category and marketplace.

* Identify high-performing and low-performing products and take corrective actions.

* Analyze competitors' pricing, products, offers and positioning.

*Inventory & Order Management*

* Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory.

* Monitor stock availability and prevent stock-outs.

* Manage order processing, cancellations, returns and replacements.

* Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.

* Maintain accurate marketplace inventory synchronization.

*Marketplace Advertising*

* Plan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns.

* Optimize sponsored product and promotional campaigns.

* Monitor *ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR and conversion rate*.

* Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team for integrated campaigns.





* Improve product visibility through paid and organic marketplace activities.

*Catalogue & Product Optimization*

* Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords and attributes.

* Ensure high-quality jewellery product images and videos.

* Improve product pages to increase conversion.

* Maintain correct diamond/jewellery specifications, certifications and product details.

* Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketplace listings.

*Analytics & Reporting*

* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketplace reports.

* Track:

* GMV / Revenue

* Orders

* Average Order Value

* Conversion Rate

* Return Rate

* Cancellation Rate

* ROAS / ACOS

* Inventory Turnover

* Marketplace Profitability

* Provide actionable insights to management.

### Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

Experience with major marketplaces and e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
