Responsibilities:

- Program Coordination

- Execution Support
- Work on projects leading to the design, development and commissioning of the hospitals. Support rollout of processes, SOPs, and operational workflows
- Assist in hospital commissioning activities
- Help resolve day-to-day operational challenges during project execution

Requirements:

- MBA / Masters in Hospital Administration/ PG Diploma in Hospital Administration
- 5–6 years of experience in program management (PMO) OR hospital operations OR healthcare infrastructure projects OR large-scale implementation programs
- Exposure to program management software is mandatory
- Exposure to multi-functional coordination environments strongly preferred
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare networks, or greenfield healthcare projects is an advantage

Work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
