We’re Hiring: Lead Qualifier / Telecaller
Experience: 1–2 Years
Work Mode: Remote
Shift: Night Shift – 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Communicate professionally with clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, lead qualification, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM night shift.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
