Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality HSE training through classroom and/or online sessions.
- Train students on occupational health and safety principles.
- Explain technical safety concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
- Conduct interactive discussions, case studies, activities and scenario-based learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials and practical exercises.
- Explain workplace hazards, risk assessment and control measures.
- Guide learners in understanding course requirements and assessments.
- Support students with doubts, assignments and examination preparation.
- Monitor learner participation and progress.
- Conduct mock assessments, quizzes and revision sessions where appropriate.
- Keep training content aligned with the applicable course syllabus and current industry practices.




- Provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Maintain professional communication with the academic and counselling teams.
- Support development of new training materials and HSE learning resources.
- Deliver corporate HSE awareness and customised training programmes when required.

Depending on the trainer's competency:

- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
- IOSH Managing Safely
- OSHA 30-Hour General Industry
- NEBOSH Health & Safety at Work Award
- Risk Assessment
- HSE Induction & Awareness
- Fire Safety

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
