Job Overview

Ranneeti Political Consultancy is looking for smart, well-educated and confident Male & Female Field Executives for political field outreach and society-level engagement work in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR.

The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting residential societies and local areas, interacting with residents, understanding public issues, conducting field surveys and supporting political outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit residential societies, colonies and local areas on a daily basis.

* Interact professionally with residents, RWA members, local representatives and community members.

* Conduct field surveys and collect public feedback.

* Understand and report local civic, social and political issues.

* Maintain daily field reports and share observations with the team.

* Support political outreach, public-contact programmes and ground-level activities.

* Develop professional relationships with local residents and community groups.

* Coordinate with supervisors and submit regular field updates.

* Represent the organisation professionally during field activities.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

* Age: 25–30 years

* Male & Female candidates

* Graduate or Postgraduate

* Well-educated,



articulate and confident

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Smart, presentable and professional personality

* Good knowledge of local political and social issues

* Understanding of Indian politics, elections and political processes will be preferred.

* Comfortable with extensive field work and daily society visits

* Able to communicate confidently with people from different backgrounds.

* Height: 5’5”–6’0” preferred

* Candidates with previous experience in political campaigns, field surveys, public relations, community outreach or political consultancy will be preferred.
