Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager

Play a pivotal role of dealing directly with site engineers, supervisors and work as a link between senior management and site staff. A coordinator’s role is to break down the company’s larger national vision into small actionable tasks for the lower rung to work upon in a region.

Key Activities

Timely Execution

- The projects assigned starts in time and completes in time within the contract period or mutually agreed work program with customer.

Abide to Guidelines

- The projects are done following Construction guidelines as per technical specification and QAP.

Project Management

- All Standard forms and records are maintained to ensure achievement of timely execution and abide to guidelines.

Reports & Communication

- Regular and timely submission of Project Planning sheet, monthly customer update communications, project progress histogram etc.
- Effective Project Communications to be sent to customers on any deviations observed.

Training & Workshop





- Sensitize customer to follow Right Construction Practices by way of small workshops, Site Orientation Programs both in person and through virtual meets.
- Continuous training and mentoring of site staff directly reporting to him. Training records to be maintained and effectiveness to be measured in tangible terms and submitted to immediate reporting head every Quarter of the year, refer document – Skill Matrix.

Planning & Forecast

- Planning of Manpower for the project as per requirements.
- Forecast the Manpower and there training needs.
- Coordinator with interdepartmental for design and sales.

Performance Evaluation of Team Members

- Annual/Biannual performance appraisal of the site staff reporting directly to him along with suggestions for annual increment
