About Mortal Lens

Mortal Lens is a 3D animation studio focused primarily on Blender, creating engaging, story-driven animation content for YouTube and digital platforms.

We are looking for a 3D Generalist / Blender Animator who can create high-quality story-driven videos with solid character animation, camera movement, lighting, FX, and visual storytelling.

What You'll Work On

- Character animation
- Dynamic camera animation
- Cinematic lighting
- FX & simulations
- Scene composition
- Visual storytelling
- Smooth and engaging animation
- Voiceover-based story sequences
- Final rendering and delivery

We prefer minimal cuts and use camera movement, animation, lighting and FX to keep the viewer engaged.

Production Support

If selected, Mortal Lens will provide required rigged characters and project-specific assets for your assigned videos, allowing you to focus mainly on animation, camera work, lighting, FX and storytelling.

Our team will also be available to guide and support you whenever you need help during production.

Compensation





- ₹3,000 per minute for every successfully completed and approved rendered video.
- If you complete 12 approved minutes within a month, your rate increases to:
- ₹4,000 per minute from the 13th approved minute onward for that month.

Requirements

- Blender is mandatory
- Robust character animation skills
- Good camera animation skills
- Understanding of lighting and composition
- Experience with FX/simulation
- Ability to work from scripts and voiceovers
- Strong visual storytelling
- Ability to handle feedback and revisions
- Good understanding of YouTube-style animation

Mixamo characters are not allowed. Mixamo animations may be used where appropriate.

Significant: This is not primarily a 3D modeling role. We are specifically looking for an artist who can animate and produce story-driven YouTube videos in Blender.
