We help businesses streamline their operations through innovative technology and expert consulting. We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team.

Position: Junior AccountantKey Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoice verification and payment processing.
- Coordinate with clients for payment collections and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and reconcile customer and vendor account statements.
- Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Process invoices, credit notes, and payment entries.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment-related queries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Valuable understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Odoo/Tally or similar ERP is preferred).
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Details

- Location: Kozhikode
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
