Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyse variances between actual and standard or budgeted costs, investigating the reasons for differences.
- Participate in the budgeting process, develop cost forecasts, and analyse financial performance.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, and recommend changes to policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Efficiency in MS Office tools including advance Excel functions working knowledge.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting methods, and budgeting techniques.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and production cycles
