Job Summary

Enovexa Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales and revenue growth.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, online platforms, networking, and market research.
- Contact potential clients and introduce the company's products and services.
- Explain digital marketing, website development, branding, and other business solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct client follow-ups and convert potential leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and business development reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
