Job Overview

Sunhera Job Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Client Relationship Manager to develop recent business opportunities and build strong client relationships for our recruitment and staffing services.

The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching companies, generating business leads, converting prospects into clients, understanding hiring requirements, and coordinating with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential companies requiring recruitment and manpower services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Introduce the company's recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects, address queries, and convert leads into active clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements, including job roles, experience, salary budgets, and hiring timelines.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil client requirements through suitable candidate sourcing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and recruitment requirements.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA or a related qualification is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or recruitment.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence in cold calling, client handling, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other job portals is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the team.
