Job Description: Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently over calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about company services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, queries, and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Positive listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre is preferred.
