Job Description

Worklance Connect is hiring experienced Relationship Officers for Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and other BFSI recruitment requirements across multiple locations in India.

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in Housing Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans or Secured MSME Loans.

Candidates should have strong field sales skills, loan product knowledge, customer acquisition experience and an understanding of loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Housing Loan, LAP and Secured MSME loan business through direct market sourcing.
- Source customers through DST, DSA, connectors, market visits and referrals.
- Identify potential customers and generate quality business leads.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
- Collect customer KYC and required loan documents.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales, sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduation mandatory (any stream).




- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Housing Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan or Secured MSME Loan sales.
- Relevant Banking, NBFC or Housing Finance background.
- Direct market sourcing / DST / Field Sales experience preferred or required depending on position.
- Affordable Housing Loan / Affordable LAP experience required for applicable roles.
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation and customer acquisition.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle required for specified branches.
- Valid experience and relieving documents required.
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years, subject to branch eligibility.

Not Eligible:

- Freshers
- Candidates with only Personal Loan experience
- Candidates with only Credit Card sales experience
- Candidates with only Unsecured Loan experience

Interview Process

Pan India RO-HL Requirements:

- Round 1: Telephonic Interview
- Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview

Other HL / LAP / MSME Requirements:

- Walk-in or Virtual Interview, depending on branch.
