Woman Daker is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, product/service promotion, client follow-ups, relationship management, order coordination, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products/services.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and convert leads into customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports.
- Participate in team meetings and sales reviews.
- Support business development and other sales activities as required.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with both field and office-based work.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
