We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team in Malappuram. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination
- Support interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with attendance and leave management
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Coordinate with employees and different departments
- Assist the HR team with daily HR activities
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
