* Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, vouchers, billing, and journal postings.

* Support in managing accounts payable and receivable, vendor/customer reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.

* Help in maintaining general ledger and preparation of monthly trial balance.

* Support in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

GST & Taxation

* Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

* Coordinate with vendors/customers for GST input mismatches and invoice-related queries.

* Maintain records for tax payments, e-way bills, and e-invoicing.

MIS & Reporting

* Support in preparing MIS reports, cost sheets, and expense summaries for management review.

* Ensure timely submission of accounting data and support in monthly closing activities.

Audit Support

* Assist in providing data and documentation required for internal, statutory, and tax audits.

* Ensure proper record keeping and adherence to audit recommendations.

Team & Process Support





* Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Support in process improvement and ERP data maintenance (Tally/SAP).

Key Skills & Competencies:

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS regulations.

* Proficiency in **Tally ERP** or similar accounting software.

* Good knowledge of **MS Excel** (vlookups, pivot tables, basic reporting).

* Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

* B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the **manufacturing industry**.
