Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation & Technical Support Engineer to handle ERP implementation, customer requirements, database troubleshooting, and advanced technical support for InvoiceNET® ERP.

The ideal candidate must possess strong SQL Server expertise, practical ERP implementation experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle customer issues independently while guiding the technical support team.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure InvoiceNET® ERP according to customer business requirements.
- Analyse customer workflows and configure ERP modules to meet operational needs.
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex ERP application issues.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server databases and resolve data-related issues.
- Develop, analyse, debug, and optimise SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
- Identify and resolve database performance issues, blocking, deadlocks, and query execution problems.
- Perform database backup, restoration, recovery, maintenance, and data migration.
- Install, upgrade,



and configure ERP software at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, networking, client-server environments, printers, barcode devices, and POS peripherals.
- Provide remote and onsite implementation and technical support.
- Train customers on ERP modules, workflows, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the development team to report software bugs, identify root causes, and verify fixes.
- Maintain implementation documentation, technical reports, issue records, and customer follow-up details.
- Handle customer issues independently and minimise unnecessary escalations.
- Guide the technical support team and share technical knowledge with team members.
- Ensure the timely completion of implementation activities and support requests.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science) or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation and technical support is mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is essential, including:
- Complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and query optimisation.
- Stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
- Indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning.
- Database backup, restore, recovery, and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting blocking, deadlocks, connectivity issues, and data inconsistencies.
- Strong experience in SQL query writing, debugging, and database troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems, networking,



and client-server architecture.
- Practical experience in ERP implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer training.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer implementation and support when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with accounting, inventory, sales, purchase, payroll, manufacturing, and GST-related ERP workflows.
- Knowledge of retail billing, POS systems, barcode devices, thermal printers, and receipt printers.
- Familiarity with AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, or similar remote support tools.
- Basic knowledge of Crystal Reports or DevExpress reporting tools.
- Experience in software deployment, data migration, and customer training.

Location Preference

Candidates residing in Palakkad district will be given preference. Applicants should be able to commute to our Palakkad office and travel to customer locations when required.
