We are looking for Fresher BIM Modelers / Draftsmen to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have basic knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, a willingness to learn, and an interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and architectural drafting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist with Scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, and PDF-to-BIM projects.
- Work with point cloud data and existing building survey information.
- Follow project standards and modeling requirements.
- Coordinate with team members to deliver accurate, high-quality work on time.

Requirements

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Civil Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.




- Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Revit and AutoCAD course certificates are preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction fundamentals.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
