About the Role

Inspite Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented IT Sales professional to join our growing team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential customers, promoting IT products and services, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who has a strong interest in technology, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and introduce the company’s IT products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with project, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.




- Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and relevant IT industry trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or a related sales role.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services such as websites, mobile applications, software solutions, digital marketing, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and convincing abilities.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also be considered.
