Operations Manager – Restaurant Industry

*Experience:* 4–8 Years | *Industry:* Restaurant / F&B;

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets.

* Monitor *sales, food cost, labour cost, inventory, and profitability*.

* Ensure SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.

* Lead and manage Store Managers and outlet teams.

* Review daily/weekly *MIS and operational reports*.

* Control wastage, inventory, and operational expenses.

* Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchase, Kitchen, and Marketing teams.

* Handle customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.

* Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews.





* Support recent outlet openings and implementation of operational processes.

### Requirements

* *4–8 years of experience in Restaurant/F&B; Operations.*

* Strong knowledge of *multi-outlet management and restaurant operations*.

* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of *POS/ERP, MS Excel, MIS, and P&L;*.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between outlets.
