About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-orientated social media marketing executive to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Track and analyse social media performance using relevant insights and analytics.
- Improve engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media presence.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor for creative content.
- Support paid social media campaigns and basic ad management when required.




- Prepare regular performance reports with key metrics and recommendations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content strategies.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant SMM experience.
- Experience working with a digital marketing/IT agency will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a solid portfolio or proven social media growth results will be preferred.
