**Experience:** 1 Months to 2 Year Preferred

* Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily operations related to TMT bars and steel trading.

2. Coordinate orders for steel brands such as **Bajrang, SAIL, Rungta**, and other iron and steel products.

3. Process customer orders and verify product specifications, quantity, rates, and order details.

4. Coordinate with customers, dealers, builders, and suppliers regarding order requirements.

5. Manage dispatch planning and follow up on pending orders.

6. Coordinate with transporters and the dispatch team for timely delivery of steel materials.

7. Track vehicle details, dispatch status, delivery updates, and pending material quantities.

8. Maintain daily order records, stock details, and dispatch reports in MS Excel.

9.



Communicate with suppliers and company officers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

10. Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of all operational activities.

* Required Skills

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

* Order processing and dispatch management skills.

* Robust follow-up and record-keeping abilities.

* Ability to work responsibly and manage daily operational tasks.

* Educational Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
