Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau BI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, Snowflake, Advanced SQL, and Python to build scalable dashboards, optimize data platforms, and develop reliable business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience with strong technical expertise in BI development, SQL optimization, Snowflake, and Python. The candidate should be capable of translating complex business requirements into efficient, production-ready analytics solutions and independently handling client and stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for business and analytical use cases.

Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations using Snowflake.

Design and implement scalable Snowflake-based data solutions to support BI and analytics requirements.

Perform query and dashboard performance optimization for large-scale datasets.

Analyze and troubleshoot SQL and Tableau performance issues to improve reporting efficiency and reliability.

Use Python for data processing, automation, data validation, and supporting BI workflows.

Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready BI solutions.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective analytics solutions.

Independently manage client interactions, requirements clarification, solution discussions, and delivery expectations.

Ensure dashboards and BI solutions follow development, performance, data quality, and visualization best practices.

Troubleshoot issues across Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and data processing layers.

Contribute to continuous improvement of BI solutions, reporting processes, and analytics development standards.

Qualifications & Experience





7+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, BI Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related fields.

Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau with experience developing complex dashboards and reports.

Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Snowflake-based data transformations.

Experience developing and managing stored procedures and complex SQL-based data processing workflows.

Strong understanding of query optimization and performance tuning for large datasets.

Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and data validation.

Experience working with large-scale data and production BI environments.

Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformations, and BI development best practices.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and scalable analytics applications.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Experience handling client discussions independently and managing requirements through to solution delivery.

Preferred Skills & Domain Expertise

Strong experience with Tableau performance optimization and dashboard best practices.

Advanced expertise in Snowflake performance tuning and query optimization.

Experience with Snowflake stored procedures and data transformation frameworks.

Experience using Python for BI automation, data quality,



and validation workflows.

Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional data modeling concepts.

Experience working with large-scale enterprise BI and analytics platforms.

Exposure to ETL/ELT pipelines and modern cloud data platforms.

Experience with Tableau Server/Cloud, dashboard deployment, and production support.

Strong understanding of BI architecture, reporting standards, and data visualization best practices.

Experience working directly with clients and senior business stakeholders.

Ability to independently drive requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder communication, and delivery.
