Field Work & Doctor/Referral Networking

- Conduct regular field visits to local clinics, general practitioners, nursing homes, and corporate offices to introduce hospital specialties and services. [1, 2]
- Build and maintain robust relationships with the medical community to drive steady patient referrals. [1]
- Invite physicians and specialists to Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, workshops, and hospital networking events. [1, 2]

Campaign & Event Execution

- Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives, including free health check-up camps, community awareness drives, and neighborhood activations. [1, 2]
- Coordinate event logistics, branding material, registration desks, and post-event lead follow-ups. [1]




- Assist in rolling out promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets, standees, and information booklets. [1, 2]

Strategy & Reporting

- Support the Marketing Head or Assistant Manager in drafting local market plans and tracking competitor activities.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports (MIS), conversion rates of patient inquiries, and referral metrics. [1, 2]
- Coordinate with internal teams and digital/social media departments to align offline field leads with online campaigns

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
