Mediozz Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can create high-quality, engaging, and professional videos for the Real Estate and EdTech industries. The ideal candidate should understand visual storytelling, social media trends, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Video Editing

- Edit property walkthroughs, real estate promotional videos, and virtual tours.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form property videos.
- Add cinematic transitions, smooth cuts, color correction, stabilization, and speed ramping where appropriate.
- Sync footage with music, voiceovers, and on-screen text.
- Highlight property features, amenities, locations, and selling points through effective storytelling.
- Edit drone footage and incorporate it seamlessly into property videos.
- Create professional videos suitable for real estate agents, builders, and property developers.

2. EdTech Video Editing

- Edit educational videos, online course content, tutorials, and lecture recordings.
- Create engaging short-form educational content from long-form videos.
- Add subtitles, captions, motion graphics, animations, and relevant visual elements.
- Improve pacing, audio quality, and visual clarity to maintain viewer engagement.
- Add screen recordings, presentation slides, stock footage, and other supporting visuals where required.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across video content.

3. General Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality videos within agreed deadlines.




- Understand project briefs and implement client feedback.
- Organize project files, footage, and final exports properly.
- Maintain consistency in editing style, quality, and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and production teams.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
- Good understanding of color grading, audio mixing, transitions, and typography.
- Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Knowledge of aspect ratios, export settings, and social media video formats.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience editing real estate or EdTech videos.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills.
- Knowledge of current Instagram Reels and YouTube content trends.
- Experience with cinematic property videos, educational storytelling, or motion graphics.
