Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our services, generate business leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients using the company's lead database.
- Introduce Phibuzz and explain its digital marketing services.
- Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
- Update lead status in the company's sales tracker or CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective clients.





Required Skills

- Positive verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or both.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and potential clients.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to convince prospects and handle objections politely.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with spreadsheets.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Performance Expectations

- Complete the daily calling targets assigned by management.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule relevant sales meetings.
- Maintain accurate daily call and follow-up reports.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain professional conduct and communication standards.

- Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Work Mode: Work from Office, Sector 82, Mohali

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
