Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to verify accuracy against specifications.

Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and familiarity with CAD/CAM software or G-code programming.

Parameter Optimization: Determine, test, and program the exact laser power, cutting speed, frequency, duty cycle, gas type (Oxygen/Nitrogen/Air), and pressure required for different materials and thicknesses.

Machine Calibration: Calibrate focal points, nozzle alignment, and beam paths to maintain accurate cutting tolerances.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve cutting defects.
