Urgent Hiring | Machining Engineer – VMC/CNC Turning
Company: Leading Auto Parts Manufacturing Company (MNC)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Position: Machining Engineer – VMC/CNC Turning
CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA (Based on Experience)
Education: Any Graduate
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

– Deep knowledge of CNC & VMC machining processes and programming.
– New product development for regular parts and tooling.
– Maintain KPIs for Productivity, Quality, Scrap, Consumables, Safety, and Kaizen.
– Daily manpower allocation and operator performance monitoring.
– Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
– Control quality issues and reduce rework/rejection.
– Ensure safety rules, PPE usage, and 5S standards.
– Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
– Drive continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, TPM, and SMED.
– Maintain production records, shift reports, and downtime records.
– Ensure availability of raw materials, dies, and consumables.
– Train new operators on machine operation, quality requirements, and safety.
– Coordinate with maintenance for machine and tool breakdowns.




– Escalate production/quality issues to management and follow up on corrective actions.

Key Skills :

– Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC processes and programming.
– Experience in new product development and tooling.
– Valuable knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
– Knowledge of Quality Tools, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving techniques.
– Ability to lead a team and manage shop-floor activities.
