We are looking for an experienced 3D Exhibition Stall Designer who can transform brand requirements into visually striking, practical, and production-ready exhibition spaces. The role involves developing customized booth concepts, large-format exhibition environments, pavilions, and immersive brand experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong visualization skills with a thorough understanding of fabrication methods, structural requirements, materials, and project budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D concepts and detailed designs for exhibition booths, custom stalls, pavilions, and experiential spaces.
- Create layouts for island booths, peninsula configurations, double-decker structures, and mezzanine installations.
- Prepare realistic renders, design presentations, technical layouts, and fabrication-ready drawings.
- Incorporate LED displays, AV systems, interactive features, product showcases, and premium lighting into exhibition concepts.
- Select suitable materials and construction techniques based on design requirements, venue restrictions, and budget.
- Work closely with production teams, fabricators, vendors, and client-facing teams to ensure designs can be executed accurately.
- Estimate approximate build costs and recommend cost-effective alternatives without compromising the overall design quality.
- Ensure compliance with venue guidelines, height limits, structural requirements, and installation constraints.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines for client presentations, pitches,



and tender submissions.
- Stay informed about international exhibition design trends, reusable structures, and sustainable booth solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in exhibition stall design, exhibition fabrication, or experiential space design.
- A solid portfolio featuring projects from approximately 18 sqm to 200+ sqm.
- Hands-on experience with custom-built exhibition booths, corporate displays, pavilions, and large-format event spaces.
- Advanced working knowledge of 3ds Max and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to interpret fabrication requirements and develop technically practical designs.
- Strong knowledge of materials such as MDF, plywood, acrylic, metal, fabric, and integrated LED components.
- Understanding of structural considerations for mezzanine booths, suspended features, and double-decker exhibition structures.
- Ability to assess design costs, work within client budgets, and optimize material usage.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
