HR MANAGER – GROUP OF COMPANIES

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and lead the complete HR function for our Group of Companies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing-industry HR, particularly recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete HR function including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compliance and HR Operations.
- Lead and manage the HR team and ensure effective delegation and execution of HR activities.
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, with strong expertise in hiring for manufacturing, plant, technical, sales and corporate positions.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain quality talent.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes and statutory compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, training and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, reports and other management dashboards.




- Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and HR requirements.

Candidate Profile

- MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR) from a reputed institution.
- 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for manufacturing/technical positions.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Robust knowledge of HR processes, policies and statutory compliance.
- Should be proactive, responsible, organized and capable of independently handling HR operations.
- Must be based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
- Must be ready to join within 15 days.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
