Buying a property is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make. But most people don't know what to look for before putting their savings into it.

That's where Landeed comes in.

Landeed is building technology that makes property information easier to access and understand. Customers come to us with questions about a property, its documents, ownership, and history. As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the person who understands what they need, helps them find the right solution, and takes the conversation forward.

This isn't a role where you're expected to simply follow a script and make calls all day. We want people who can listen, think, communicate well, and build genuine conversations with customers.

We’re looking for Business Development Associates who are ambitious, curious, and excited to grow with a fast-moving company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Connect with customers who have shown interest in Landeed and understand what they're looking for
- Identify customer needs and turn conversations into meaningful business opportunities
- Explain Landeed's products and services in a simple and easy-to-understand way
- Follow up with interested customers and take conversations towards successful conversions
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a smooth handover after conversion
- Keep customer conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately updated
- Share customer feedback and recurring concerns with the team to help improve our product and processes
- Work towards sales targets while making sure the customer's needs remain at the centre of the conversation

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need to be a real estate expert. You just need to be someone who enjoys talking to people, understanding problems,



and making things happen.

You could be a great fit if you:

- Have 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, customer success, customer support, or a similar role
- Are a fresher with strong communication skills and want to build a career in sales
- Are fluent in English and at least two of Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, or Marathi
- Communicate clearly and listen before jumping to a solution
- Are comfortable initiating conversations and following up consistently
- Can handle questions and objections without getting discouraged
- Enjoy working towards targets and taking ownership of your results
- Are curious and willing to learn about property, documentation, and real estate
- Are a graduate from any discipline

COMPENSATION

₹4.5L – ₹5L CTC
