Job Description: Social Media Executive

About the Company

We are a growing digital marketing company helping brands build a strong online presence through creative content, social media strategies, and digital marketing solutions. We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive with good communication skills and experience in client coordination.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain clients’ social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, feedback, and marketing objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on social media activities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Respond to client queries, manage feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates,



and industry best practices.
- Ensure all content is delivered according to the approved content calendar and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust client coordination and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, content planning, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple client accounts.
- Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle client feedback professionally and work under deadlines.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Salary:
As per experience and interview performance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
