Position: Guest Relations Executive

Location: Adoor, Pathanamthitta

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates with valuable communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- The candidate should have a pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer-friendly approach

- Should be confident and comfortable with standing and interacting with customers for extended periods.

- Should be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

- Good communication skills in Malayalam are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers warmly when they enter the showroom.

- Interact with customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.

- Understand customers' basic requirements and assist them appropriately.

- Ensure customers are comfortable during their visit.

- Offer and serve soft drinks/refreshments to customers as required.

- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure customers are properly attended to without unnecessary waiting.





- Maintain a positive and welcoming showroom environment.

- Handle customers professionally and ensure a good overall showroom experience.

- The role is primarily standing and customer-facing, so the candidate should be comfortable working while standing for most of the working hours.

Salary

For Freshers:

- Basic Salary: ₹12,000 per month during probation.

- After successful completion of the 6-month probation period, salary will be revised based on the candidate's performance and experience/overall suitability.

For Experienced Candidates:

- Salary will be discussed and finalized based on relevant experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Important Note

This is a front-facing customer service position. The candidate should be energetic, approachable, well-groomed, and comfortable continuously engaging with customers. The ability to remain polite and attentive throughout the working hours is essential.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
