- Manage day-to-day branch operations and administration.
- Drive student admissions, sales, and revenue growth.

- Handle student & parent relationships and ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor targets, follow-ups, lead conversion, and branch performance.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, events, workshops, and campaigns.
- Maintain academic discipline, operational standards, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in branch management, education, sales, or operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
- Good knowledge of local market and customer handling.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
