The role involves delivering an excellent in-store customer experience, understanding customer requirements, driving sales, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the store. Freshers with a strong interest in retail sales and customer service are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and skilled manner. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs. • Drive individual and store-level sales to achieve assigned targets. • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized. • Handle billing, cash, card, and POS transactions accurately. • Monitor product availability and support stock and inventory management. • Address customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. • Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and sales processes.



• Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. • Support other store-related activities as required. Eligibility Criteria • Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline. • Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field are preferred. • Freshers are welcome to apply. • Basic understanding of retail sales and customer handling will be an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluency in the local/native language is mandatory; English proficiency is preferred. • Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn. • Positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
