Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the plant nursery, including plant care, propagation, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Oversee the health, quality, and availability of plants, trees, shrubs, palms, and other nursery products.
- Plan nursery production and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer and project requirements.
- Supervise and allocate work to nursery and landscaping staff, gardeners, and labourers.
- Coordinate with clients, landscape designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Maintain accurate records of plant inventory, purchases, sales, losses, and project materials.

Requirements

- Previous experience in plant nursery management, horticulture, gardening, or landscaping.
- Practical knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, palms, lawns, soil, fertilizers,



irrigation, and pest management.
- Experience managing a team of gardeners, nursery workers, and landscaping staff.
- Good understanding of landscaping installation and maintenance.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory, purchasing, costing, and record keeping.
- A qualification in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
