FLOOR MANAGER – RESTAURANT

Location: Dhe Puttu, Chennai

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to supervise daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily floor operations and service activities.
- Supervise and guide the service team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor table arrangements, order flow, and service standards.
- Maintain staff grooming, discipline, and punctuality.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper floor maintenance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues.
- Ensure smooth and effective restaurant operations.

REQUIREMENTS





- Previous experience in restaurant floor management.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
