Description:

The incumbent is responsible for managing and leading IT business analysis activities to support business strategy and operational excellence. The role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing business needs, leading structured requirements gathering, and clearly defining scope and objectives for technology initiatives. It evaluates existing business processes and recommends solutions or improvements using current technologies or optimized use of existing systems. The position ensures accurate translation of business requirements into detailed application requirements, supports solution design, and enables alignment between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. The role drives process efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable digital adoption across pharmaceutical functions.

Essential Functions:

- Lead business needs identification and analysis across functions

- Manage and validate end-to-end requirements gathering activities





- Define and document scope, objectives, and functional requirements

- Translate business requirements into application and system specifications

- Recommend technology-enabled process improvements

- Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams

- Support solution design, configuration reviews, and impact assessments

- Ensure requirements traceability across project lifecycle

- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and business sign-off

- Support change management and user adoption initiatives

Ensure alignment with IT governance, data integrity, and compliance standards

Additional Responsibilities:

Education:

- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B.Tech - Required

- Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Tech - Preferred

Experience:

- 8 years or more in 8 - 10 Years
