Your skills

- Proven ability to analyse complex business scenarios and configure effective D365 solutions.
- Solid functional understanding of billing and service invoicing.
- Demonstrated ability to act as the main interface between business (Finance) and IT.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- 8+ years of functional experience in D365 F&O; (or AX + D365 upgrade experience).
- Proven experience configuring Electronic Invoicing (e-Invoicing) solutions.
- Strong experience conducting FIT-GAP analysis and collaborating with SCM and HR teams.
- Deep expertise in the Finance module and budgeting processes.

Your tasks

System Implementation:

- Configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365
- FO/FSCM based on specific requirements of Hemmersbach.
- Migrate data from existing systems to Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM.

Advisory and Training:

- Advise clients on best practices for financial and supply chain processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators.

Customization:

- Conduct requirements for customizations




- Break-down requirements into user stories, create tasks and execute them

Collaboration with Departments:

- Work closely with IT, Controlling, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management teams to ensure specific departmental requirements are met.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in alignment with all relevant stakeholders and realize them.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure system functionality through comprehensive testing.
- Monitor and resolve issues to optimize the system.
