Buff Institute of Design, Madurai is hiring a full-time AI Creative Trainer to teach our Graphic Design and Video Editing students how professionals use AI tools to design and edit faster, on top of strong design basics.

Location: Madurai campus (on-site, full-time)

Experience: 1-3 years in graphic design and/or video editing, with daily use of AI tools (teaching experience is a plus)

Salary: Rs. 25,000+ per month, based on experience

What you will do:

- Teach design and editing batches (max 20 students) with practical, project-based classes

- Show AI workflows for posters, social media creatives, branding, reels and ads

- Guide student portfolios and real client-style projects

- Create sample work and short reels for Buff's social media

- Keep up with new AI creative tools and add them to classes

Must-have skills:

- Design: Photoshop (Generative Fill), Illustrator,



Canva (Magic Studio)

- AI image tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo or similar

- Video: Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, plus AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, HeyGen or Pika

- AI voice and captions (ElevenLabs, auto-captions), basic After Effects

- A robust portfolio, and clear teaching in Tamil and English

Good to have:

- Figma, motion graphics, social media ad creatives

- Freelance or agency client work
