Job Description & Responsibilities

- Transcribe doctors’ dictations into accurate medical reports and clinical documents.
- Prepare and format consultation notes, patient histories, discharge summaries, and other medical records.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy in medical terminology, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient information.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals to clarify unclear dictations or medical information.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of medical documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow hospital policies and standard operating procedures.
- Handle electronic medical records and other documentation systems as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant medical transcription training or certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and proofreading skills.
- Previous experience in medical transcription or healthcare documentation will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
